This blend was formulated to support people who have seasonal allergies, pet allergies, or are having minor respiratory issues.

How to use: Add 5-7 drops into a diffuser and diffuse in your bedroom before going to bed (don't run diffuser all night). Add a couple of drops to a piece of aromatic jewelry or other personal inhaler. Always dilute with a carrier or vegetable oil before applying to skin. Always use caution not to get this into your eye.

Directions for use with Reusable Personal Inhaler: Separate the top from the bottom, then gently slide the gold insert out of the tube. This is glass, so be careful. Simply screw the top off, then add drops to the cotton wick inside the glass, screw the gold top back on and gently slide back into the tube. This will last quite some time if you keep the lid on. An additional cotton wick has been provided for your use.

For external use only. Discontinue if any skin irritation develops. Not for use with children under 10 years of age or with pregnant women. Do not use on animals. If you get this into your eye, do not flush with water - simply dab your eye with some olive oil (or other vegetable oil), then wash.
